Emergenetics Certification is a rigorous program with significant requirements, but it is geared to ensure that you have the best possible training and development as you use Emergenetics Products and that you are immediately ready to make a difference in the market.

Emergenetics Certification is a 3 ½ day training that is facilitated by a Certified Emergenetics Master Trainers. The training class is specifically developed to provide an expert foundation of Emergenetics knowledge and the confidence, knowledge and ability to disseminate Emergenetics insights to any audience—whether in large groups, small teams, one-on-one coaching or any other people development arena.

Along with the inherent knowledge of Emergenetics, you also receive real, tangible tools to get you going immediately, including:

  • Emergenetics Facilitator Tools – Everything you need to roll out Emergenetics with your audience is included – including a metaphor chart, various logistical tools and, of course, full access to the back-end website that you will use to produce the data needed for a compelling workshop.
  • Emergenetics “Blueprint 90-day Follow-up Process”– We want you to be successful in the classroom, so the learning continues after the certification class. Through this interactive, hands-on follow-up system, we provide individualized mentoring and coaching moving forward with each new Associate to ensure that you are ready to go.
