Inspiring leaders has always been a part of Chris’ genetic code. As an internationally renowned facilitator, coach, keynote speaker and business executive, she provides the spark that amplifies results for executives, leaders and their teams locally, nationally and internationally. Chris’ energy and verve are contagious and her knowledge in the art and science of communication superb.
Chris is the founder and CEO of Amplitude LLC. She has worked with the nation’s best and brightest leaders and teams – bringing them a cadre of tools and skills to build their bench strength and results. Chris is the creative brain behind the customized work that Amplitude is known for, and the leader of the innovative, sustainable delivery as well.
One of the most often requested tools from her arsenal is the Emergenetics Profile. Chris is a Partner with Emergenetics, International. She is also one of a handful of Master Trainers on the topic and is responsible for facilitating Certification sessions for Associates, and the only Advanced Certification facilitator internationally.
She was named the Outstanding Young Alumnus by her Alma Mater, Doane College, Outstanding Leadership Alumnus by the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and honored by the Girl Scouts as a Woman of the Year. She has been active in her community as well, volunteering with many adult and youth leadership groups throughout the area.
Chris’ work background stems from large corporate healthcare organizations. Prior to starting Amplitude, Chris served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Methodist Health System in Omaha, NE and Saint Mary’s Health Network in Reno, NV. She holds undergraduate degrees in Human Resources Management and Psychology and an MBA with emphasis in international business.
For fun, Chris drives racecars, walks on hot coals, bends steel in her bare hands and swims with sharks.
